John chapter 5 tells of a healing that occurred at the Pool of Bethesda, near the Sheep Gate, with five colonnades (covered walkways). And in this century, another pool mentioned in the book of John –the Pool of Siloam was discovered (read the MSNBC article here)… This is where John says in chapter 9 a blind man received healing.
