Fresh out of International Student Orientation on Friday, the gang of international grad students braved the L.A. traffic on a tour of Hollywood/BevHills/Santa Monica.  After meandering through the Walk of Fame, Kodak Theatre & Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, we stopped at the “hot dog stand to the stars”– Pink’s Hot Dogs in West Hollywood (I recommend the bacon chili cheese dog with jalapenos on top) — for lunch.   The line was long, but had to do it.  Then on to a driving tour through Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills & Bel Air,  and then a circle around the UCLA campus (boo…).  The last stop for the day was a a lazy stroll along The Strand (beachfront walkway) to the SM Pier.

Missed the tour this week?  There will be another one (same itinerary) on Saturday (29th), so sign up either at our table during the Involvement Fair (Wed) or at our Student Welcome Night (Thurs/Fri).
