Special Seminar: What Would Jesus Say Today? (10/19/07 @ UCLA)
Dr. Max Lee, a New Testament scholar, talked about the politics of Jesus, from Kingdom ethics to current public policy in America. We were greatly challenged as we listened to his seminar on what Jesus would say about the Iraq War, American foreign policy on the Israeli- Palestinian conflict, and domestic racism and economic injustice.
LA Tour (9/1/07)
We had a great day of sightseeing and hanging-out at Hollywood and Santa Monica Pier.
LCF Student Welcome Night (8/29/07 @ URC 205)
We had a great time at the Welcome Night, which included delicious Korean BBQ and a game of human Scrabble.
